Director- Strategic Planning (Healthcare)

Position Responsibilities:

•           Political and people skills to effectively manage change.

•           General understanding of systems theory and design.

•           Business acumen and insight into end-to-end processes like reconciling the care provider bill, the EOB, and payments.

•           Entrepreneurial mindset.

Required Skills & Experience:

•           Familiarity with health care delivery in general, and preferably experience in small to medium practices, ancillary services, patients, and their families.

•           Program Development, workflow, and operations experience in Care Management organization.

•           Practical experience on Health care technology and emerging mobile commerce and intelligent grid

•           Strong Project Management (estimate, plan, track, manage projects).

•           Deep experience with process design and user documentation.

•           Strong analytic skills (cost and benefit models, ROI models).

•           Experience with creating business requirements.

•           Ability to work across strategic programs.

•           Ability to look beyond immediate market and anticipate new products and services.

•           Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.

•           Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

•           Desire to work in a leading edge technology environment.

•           Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

•           Excellent leadership and management skills.

•           Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
