We fulfill our mission, in part, by:
1. Helping our members (both Hispanic and non-Hispanic) find expanded business opportunities - through networking and mutual support
2. Encouraging and facilitating mutually beneficial ties between the private and public sectors
3. Serving as an active and visible advocate for small business in the political process
4. Actively promoting trade for the New Jersey business community
